Salt and Pepper Air-Fryer Chicken

(Serves: Prep: 5 min - Cook: 20 mins - Serves : 4)

  • 2 tbs Massel chicken stock powder
  • 1kg chicken drumettes and wings (or just drumettes)
  • 1 ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbs cornflour
  • Extra virgin olive oil spray oil
  • 1 large long red chilli, sliced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • ¼ cup kewpie mayonnaise

1. Preheat air-fryer for 5 minutes at 200C.

2. In a large bowl, toss chicken with Massel chicken stock powder, pepper and corn flour until well coated.

3. In batches, cook in the air-fryer for 20-25 minutes or until golden and cooked. Add chilli in the last 2 minutes or until fried.

4. Serve salt and pepper chicken sprinkled with green onions and kewpie on the side.
