Horseradish Dill Sauce

You can make this with mayo or Greek style yogurt depending on the fat and flavour you want. The yogurt gives it a great tang. This sauce is great with our Poached Salmon or on a sandwich. It is also great served with grilled meats, fish or vegetables. Keep it in the fridge to indulge anytime.

Poached Salmon

Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon Massel Vegetable Stock Powder
  • 1 cup mayonnaise OR plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
Method

Mix all the ingredients together.

Chill and use when ready.
