- Massel Chicken Style Stock Powder or Massel Salt Reduced Chicken Style Stock Powder
- Olive Oil
Cut whole potatoes into wedges and put in a bowl.
Toss with olive oil and Massel Chicken Style Stock Powder
Spread out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake at 200°C/400°F for about 35-50 minutes. (Cooking time will depend on thickness of the wedges.) You are looking for crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
