Easy Oriental Style Slow Cooker Chicken

- 2 tablespoons Massel Chicken Style Stock Powder
- 6 chicken thigh fillets
- 400ml/14oz light coconut milk
- 2 cups basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon chilli powder
- Toasted pumpkin seeds (optional topping)
- Toasted almond slivers (optional topping)
Place whole chicken thighs in your favourite slow cooker pot.
In a blender, put in all of the remaining ingredients and blend to a creamy consistency. Pour mixture over the chicken.
Place lid on the cooker and cook on high heat for 4 hours, OR on low heat for 8 hours.
Serve on rice and top with a sprinkle of toasted pepitas (pumpkin seeds) or toasted almond slivers, if desired.
