Curry Chicken Salad
This is a great way to use leftover chicken, you can use a vegan meat product as well, but double the amount of Massel stock to enhance the flavour.
- 1 tablespoon Massel Chicken Style Stock Powder
- Leftover chicken, shredded
- Chopped onion and celery
- Raisins and/or chopped apples
- ½ cup mayo, ½ cup Greek yogurt
- Curry powder, ½-1 tablespoon depending on the amount you are making
- Yellow mustard, a squirt
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Hot sauce, optional
Mix together and keep chilled.
