Curry Chicken Salad

This is a great way to use leftover chicken, you can use a vegan meat product as well, but double the amount of Massel bouillon to enhance the flavor. We are not giving exact amount because it depends on how much chicken you are making.


(Serves: 1-2)
  • 1 tbsp Massel All Purpose Bouillon & Season
  • Leftover chicken, shredded
  • Chopped onion and celery
  • Raisins and/or chopped apples
  • ½ cup mayo, ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • Curry powder, ½-1 tablespoon depending on the amount you are making
  • Yellow mustard, a squirt
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Hot sauce, optional

Mix together and keep chilled.
