Curry Chicken Salad

This is a great way to use leftover chicken, you can use a vegan meat product as well, but double the amount of Massel stock to enhance the flavour.


(Serves: 1-2)

  • 1 tablespoon Massel Chicken Style Stock Powder
  • Leftover chicken, shredded
  • Chopped onion and celery
  • Raisins and/or chopped apples
  • ½ cup mayo, ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • Curry powder, ½-1 tablespoon depending on the amount you are making
  • Yellow mustard, a squirt
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Hot sauce, optional

Mix together and keep chilled.
