5 Ingredient Air Fryer Chicken Balls
(Serves: Prep Time: 15min - Cook Time: 30 min - Serves: 4)
Ingredients
- 2 tsp Massel Chicken Style Stock Powder
- 200g plain crackers
- 500g chicken mince
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 cups grated vegetables
- Sour Cream Dip
- 1 1/2 tsp Massel Chicken Style Stock Powder
- 125g (½ cup) sour cream
- 125g (½ cup) whole egg mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp finely chopped continental parsley
- Sweet chilli sauce, optional
Method
- Process crackers in the bowl of a food processor to a coarse crumb.
- Combine half the crackers with the remaining ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls. Arrange on a tray, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Working in batches, toss the balls in the remaining crackers. Arrange, in batches, in the basket of an air fryer. Air fry at 190C for 9-10 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
- To make sour cream dip, combine ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to a serving bowl and pour over sweet chilli sauce, if using.
- Serve balls with the dip on the side.
