Salt and Pepper Air-Fryer Chicken
(Serves: Prep: 5 min - Cook: 20 mins - Serves : 4)
Ingredients
- 2 tbs Massel chicken stock powder
- 1kg chicken drumettes and wings (or just drumettes)
- 1 ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbs cornflour
- Extra virgin olive oil spray oil
- 1 large long red chilli, sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- ¼ cup kewpie mayonnaise
Method
1. Preheat air-fryer for 5 minutes at 200C.
2. In a large bowl, toss chicken with Massel chicken stock powder, pepper and corn flour until well coated.
3. In batches, cook in the air-fryer for 20-25 minutes or until golden and cooked. Add chilli in the last 2 minutes or until fried.
4. Serve salt and pepper chicken sprinkled with green onions and kewpie on the side.
