Whether the big game is on or it’s movie night with the family, spinach dip is a party classic and super dependable crowd pleaser. Make it vegan with ease by substituting the cream cheese and sour cream with the vegan versions of each.
1- 1 ½ tablespoon Massel Vegetable Stock Powder
250g/8oz cream cheese (1 package)
1 cup sour cream
1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
½ cup red peppers, finely chopped
Mix Massel stock powder, cream cheese and sour cream until blended.
