Gluten-Free Spinach Dip

Whether the big game is on or it’s movie night with the family, spinach dip is a party classic and super dependable crowd pleaser. Make it vegan with ease by substituting the cream cheese and sour cream with the vegan versions of each.

 

(Serves: 2-4)
Ingredients
  • 1- 1 ½ tablespoon Massel Vegetable All Purpose Bouillon & Seasoning
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (1 package)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
  • ½ cup red peppers, finely chopped
Method
  1. Mix Massel stock powder, cream cheese and sour cream until blended.
  2. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
  3. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
