Gluten-Free Spinach Dip
Whether the big game is on or it’s movie night with the family, spinach dip is a party classic and super dependable crowd pleaser. Make it vegan with ease by substituting the cream cheese and sour cream with the vegan versions of each.
(Serves: 2-4)
Ingredients
- 1- 1 ½ tablespoon Massel Vegetable Stock Powder
- 250g/8oz cream cheese (1 package)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
- ½ cup red peppers, finely chopped
Method
Mix Massel stock powder, cream cheese and sour cream until blended.
Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
