Smokey Tahini Dressing

Few sauces are as simple and satisfying as this creamy, smokey dressing made with tahini. We put it on our steamed veggies, grains, beans, fish… and even as a dressing on salads.

  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1/3 cup Massel Vegetable Liquid Stock
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon smoked paprika

Blend together and add more Massel broth to thin the dressing to your desired consistency.
