Raw Sweet Kale Salad

This raw sweet kale salad is healthy, tasty, easy to make and holds up well, when made in advance. Perfect for party or picnic. Bonus, it takes only 5 minutes to make. You will be making this over and over again.


(Serves: 4-6)

  • 1 Massel Vegetable Ultracube dissolved in 30ml of boiling water.
  • 1 bunch kale, washed and chopped
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries (You may substitute any dried fruit that you desire.)
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds

In a jar with a lid, add Massel Vegetable broth, orange juice, olive oil, dried cranberries and almonds.

Place lid on and shake. Your dressing is done.

Pour over kale that has been placed in a bowl. Toss.

You can serve right away, but does taste great whenever you want to serve it. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
