Dijon Mustard Dressing

This is a great dressing to have made up in the fridge. Not only is it great tasting and low in fat, it is great on salads, vegetables, fish or chicken that you are cooking up. You will never buy another bottled dressing again.

  • 4 teaspoons Massel Vegetable Stock Powder
  • 2 cups apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Assemble all ingredients in a jar with a secure lid.

Shake well before use.
