You will love the combination of the vinegar and sugar in this marinade. Prep the day before and with just a few minutes to grill up, dinner is made. Serve with a garden salad with crumbled blue cheese and you have a perfect steak house meal at home. You can also use this marinade to toss red potatoes for roasting or to brush on grilled vegetables.
2lbs beef skirt steak or flank steak or pork tenderloin
1 cup balsamic vinegar
½ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
2 tablespoons of Massel Beef Style Concentrate
2 rosemary sprigs
Freshly ground pepper
Mix all ingredients in a large resealable bag.
Marinate in refrigerator overnight.
Remove from fridge 30 minutes prior to cooking.
Grill for 2 to 4 minutes per side for medium rare, 4 to 6 minutes per side for medium.
Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
