You will love the combination of the vinegar and sugar in this marinade. Prep the day before and with just a few minutes to grill up, dinner is made. You can also use this marinade to toss red potatoes for roasting or to brush on grilled vegetables.
1 teaspoon of Massel Stock Powder Beef Style
900g/2lb of your favourite beef or some pork tenderloin
1 cup balsamic vinegar
½ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
2 rosemary sprigs
Freshly ground pepper
Mix all ingredients in a large resealable bag.
Marinate in refrigerator overnight.
Remove from fridge 30 minutes prior to cooking.
Grill for 2 to 4 minutes per side for medium rare, 4 to 6 minutes per side for medium.
Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
