Beef or Pork in Balsamic Marinade

You will love the combination of the vinegar and sugar in this marinade. Prep the day before and with just a few minutes to grill up, dinner is made. Serve with a garden salad with crumbled blue cheese and you have a perfect steak house meal at home. You can also use this marinade to toss red potatoes for roasting or to brush on grilled vegetables.

(Serves: 6)
  • 2lbs beef skirt steak or flank steak or pork tenderloin
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of Massel Beef Style Concentrate
  • 2 rosemary sprigs
  • Freshly ground pepper
  1. Mix all ingredients in a large resealable bag.
  2. Marinate in refrigerator overnight.
  3. Remove from fridge 30 minutes prior to cooking.
  4. Grill for 2 to 4 minutes per side for medium rare, 4 to 6 minutes per side for medium.
  5. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
