This balsamic dressing can be made up fat-free or low-fat by just adding water or olive oil. It also works for a great marinade. You can substitute Massel beef style All Purpose Bouillon & Seasoning for vegetable when marinating steaks or portabella mushrooms for the grill.
1 teaspoon Massel Vegetable All Purpose Bouillon & Seasoning Granules
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons water/olive oil
Place the ingredients in a jar with a secure lid and shake. It will store well in the fridge.
