Most Loved Winter Recipes:
We loved being able to whip up this simple and delicious recipe on weeknights. While we loved this recipe in December and January, we know that this month it could be even better! This recipe calls for three of February’s top fresh produce items: lemon, spinach and carrots. This is the perfect meal to warm up to as snow continues to fall.
Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Lemon & Herb Breadcrumbs
Coming in second place for favorite winter recipe is this delicious and savory dish by Beard + Bonnet. This recipe might be healthy but you wouldn’t be able to tell by its indulgent flavor. Not to mention, lemon and Brussels sprouts are both must haves on our February grocery list.
Last but certainly not least, a hearty potato bake by Tess Masters. This recipe calls for yellow potatoes but we recommend swapping out yellow for the more seasonally appropriate red, russet or white variations. This hearty meal is perfect in that it’s big enough to serve a family but also great for one if you want to keep some leftovers around.
Enjoy these last few weeks of winter and the delicious recipes that come along with the season. While we’re looking forward to spring, we appreciate these winter themed meals.
