31 Days of Soup dished up
Posted on February 4, 2015 under 31 days of Soup, soup recipes
In January we celebrated all things soup, and some of our favorite bloggers came along for the ride and created their own delicious soup recipes. Here’s a round-up of their fantastic soups made with Massel gluten-free bouillon.
Chicago Foodie Sisters warm up winter with noodle soup
One of the Chicago Foodie Sisters cooked up a big pot of beef, pepper and noodle soup to warm up a wintery Chicago afternoon, and writes, “This is one of the tastiest pots of soup I have ever made!” The soup was a huge hit with her kids, and she wrote, “I expected to pack up some leftovers, but they ate the whole pot.” That’s exactly what we like to hear, you get fewer leftovers, but more flavor with Massel.
Shawna Coronado says oui to French Onion Soup
We’ve already mentioned Shawna Coronado’s sensational vegan French Onion soup recipe, but for those of you who missed this link first time, here it is again. It’s great to see a vegan version of this classic, it’s the little black dress of soup recipes.
Beef and Faro soup with Patti Vasquez & Chef Richard Ginn
Patti Vasquez at WGN Radio makes a Beef and Faro Soup with Chef Richard Ginn from the Knife and Tine, using Massel beef-style bouillon as a base. You can watch a video of Patti and Richard cooking soup here. We’re a big fan of the Knife and Tine, so we’re flattered to see their chef choosing Massel.
Thank you to all the bloggers who took part in our 31 days of soup made with Massel. It’s been huge fun, and hugely delicious!
