We have sincerely enjoyed warming up winter with a wide array of healthy and hearty gluten-free soups using Massel bouillon and seasoning. The #31MasselSoups have inspired even more appetizing inventions that you can whip up in your kitchen any time of year. Whether it’s for a full homecooked meal or a creamy snack as you head out the door, there is always time for a cup of simple, yummy goodness. With the sheer number of combinations, it’s quite possible to taste something new every day of the year!
For our conclusion, we’re serving up our Creamy Sweet Potato Soup. Dairy-free, gluten-free and vegan, anyone can join you in this soup celebration, starting with chicken or vegetable style Ultracube bouillon cubes and ending with garlic and thyme. While the creation is simmering, start frying up some jalapeño slices to drop on top for a sensational garnish.
Keep a close eye while blending to get it to your desired consistency. If you need to thin it out a bit more before it hits the table, add a little water at a time while stirring. Nothing to it!
