Last Minute Chicken Treat

A quick midweek dinner option.

Serves 2-3

  • 1½ heaped tbsp of Massel Gravy Powder Chicken Style
  • ½ teaspoon of Massel Stock Powder Chicken Style
  • 2-3 Tbsp Dry White Wine (optional)
  • 1 cup of Water
  • 500 gr Chicken Tenderloins
  1. Flatten tenderloins with a rolling pin or mallet
  2. In a non-stick frypan sauté the tenderloins until golden.
  3. Sprinkle with the Stock Powder.
  4. Add the wine, stirring while it evaporates.
  5. Make up the Gravy as per the instructions on the canister.
  6. Add Gravy to the chicken and allow to simmer, while stirring, for one minute or so.
  7. Serve with rice and tossed salad.
