Last Minute Chicken Treat
A quick midweek dinner option.
Serves 2-3
Ingredients
- 1½ heaped tbsp of Massel Gravy Powder Chicken Style
- ½ teaspoon of Massel Stock Powder Chicken Style
- 2-3 Tbsp Dry White Wine (optional)
- 1 cup of Water
- 500 gr Chicken Tenderloins
Method
- Flatten tenderloins with a rolling pin or mallet
- In a non-stick frypan sauté the tenderloins until golden.
- Sprinkle with the Stock Powder.
- Add the wine, stirring while it evaporates.
- Make up the Gravy as per the instructions on the canister.
- Add Gravy to the chicken and allow to simmer, while stirring, for one minute or so.
- Serve with rice and tossed salad.
