We’d like to share some delicious Massel recipes created by some of our favorite bloggers. In celebration of the summer we have compiled a round up of some of the most mouthwatering dishes made by bloggers with Massel gluten-free bouillon, seasonings and stock.
What to do with all these Veggies?
HilLesha O’Nan of renowned blog To the Motherhood, has modified some of her traditional, homemade recipes to create a tasty vegan Moroccan Red Pepper Soup with Chickpeas that debunks the popular belief that soup is reserved for cooler months of the year. This hearty recipe uses chickpeas that provide a lighter texture to keep you motivated and energized throughout the long summer days, using some of our flavorful Massel Chicken style broth.
Looking for another way to enjoy your daily veggie intake? O’Nan also provides a Massel recipe for tomato lovers! These Vegan Baked Tomatoes are the perfect, stuffed recipe when you’re looking to entertain dinner parties or feed the entire family. We are thrilled to find this tasty creation uses our vegetable Massel All Purpose Bouillon & Seasoning granules.
Did you say, ‘Vegetarian Chicken-based Dishes’?
Our second shout out goes to Connie Ott of the upbeat and popular lifestyle blog Baby to Boomer. Ott has provided several recipes that have proven incredibly delicious and perfectly filling. Her Vegetarian Chicken Noodle Soup takes only five minutes to make and is a complete, hearty, and healthy dish to serve before meals or as a main course. We are just thankful she used Massel Chicken Style Ultracubes in her recipe!
As if her soup wasn’t enough, she also delivered an out of the park recipe for a Vegetarian Chicken and Mushroom Bake that will have your diners asking for thirds! Check out how she managed to create a meatless dish so succulent while using some Massel Ultracubes.
These recipes are sure to be packed with delicious flavor, but don’t count on many leftovers. We suggest writing a nice note on your tupperware to keep the kids, guests, and other fridge thieves away from your kitchen culinary creations!
