Baked potatoes are a family meal staple, whether it is for a holiday fête or a summer barbecue. Innumerable toppings and sides go with it as well, allowing foodies to make them their own and explore their creativity. So, why not make it a soup as well? Massel can’t get enough of the Loaded Baked Potato Soup, which is arguably better than the dish upon which it is based!

Massel salt-reduced chicken style broth is essential for deepening the flavor, as is sour cream (vegan sour cream works just as well). In fact, all of the traditional toppings should be dropped in: crispy bacon bits, chives, scallion greens, sharp cheddar cheese and onion. Spicy food aficionados will appreciate some diced jalapeño as a topping as well.

All the flavor of a classic dish, but half the fat! You can indulge with bowl after bowl after bowl. You can’t have too much of a good thing, right?
