Vegan Yack Attack makes a sensational bisque with Massel vegan bouillon
Posted on December 11, 2014
Blogger Jackie Sobon has created an incredible soup recipe using Massel vegan bouillon over at her beautiful blog Vegan Yack Attack.
Roasted Butternut Garlic Bisque with Grilled 3-Cheese Sandwich Sticks anyone? We’re first in line to try this amazing looking recipe. Jackie sent us a link to her post just before lunch, and these pictures were just too much for all the hungry people in the office! We rose from our desks en-masse and made a desperate sprint for the kitchen.
One of the loveliest things about Jackie’s blog is her amazing photography, and the way she documents the cooking process. Not only is she a talented cook and writer, but her images are lick the screen delicious. Jackie is vegan (obviously!) and she likes Massel vegan bouillon because it has quality all vegetable ingredients and it’s low in sodium.
Jackie writes, ” I used Massel’s No Salt-Added Vegetable Bouillon Granules for this recipe! I love this product because you can adjust the sodium content of the recipe to your liking, easily, and it comes in a cute paint can-like package. Not to mention, it dissolves really easily, unlike more commonly found bouillon cubes. I definitely recommend it!” Thanks Jackie!
