Gluten-free Bouillon & Seasoning

Recipes: French Onion Dip (Serves: 2-4)

People just love dips, but feel guilty because they are usually ladled with fat. This is your pleasure without the guilt. Dip chips or veggies in it or use it instead of mayo on a sandwich.

Method

  1. Place onion in medium-low sauce pan with olive oil, thyme and Massel All Purpose Bouillon & Seasoning.
  2. Cover until onions are tender.
  3. Uncover and turn up heat until you get a nice caramel color. Turn off heat and put in bowl.
  4. Add sour cream or yogurt. Stir and let it sit in fridge for about an hour and you have a fabulous dip.

Handy Tip

For a vegan version: Replace yogurt with vegan sour cream + 1 tsp lemon juice.
